Good afternoon Smith Consulting,

I am attempting to process credit cards with Innovative as the payment gateway.  When processing an order I get the following error when attempting to complete the transaction:

We couldn't complete your payment.

Status : FAILED
Message : Unknown error : The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. - at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream(TransportContext& context) at System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetRequestStream() at IGS.Utilities.UPGI.UpgiClient.ProcessTransaction(Hashtable input) at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.MakeInnovativePayment(BillingAccountInfo account)

Does this indicate a bad username password for connection to Innovative?

I am currently running DNN Community Edition 6.0.0.2 and Smith Cart 5.0.0

Hi Michael,

To troubleshoot this issue further please provide us with screenshots of your Cart Settings, and Payment Setup screens as well as your Innovative test credentials.

I sent setting over to support last week and wonder if there was any resolution on this?  Client anxious to get cart back online.

Thanks for the reply and the information.  Proving once again Google is your friend.  I contacted my hosting provider and they are looking into SSL installations on their server we are hosted on.

Host applied certificates that were missing from the web server and the error has stopped. Once again thanks for the assistance.
