*Nevermind- after upgrading the cart, I figured this one out myself. The solution is simply to enter the item weight as 0, and no shipping charge is added. Thanks!

Hello!

I have a question about item-specific shipping options. In my store, I am using the UPS shipping calculator, and it works fine for pretty much everything. However, I have two items (they are support plans) that should not have shipping included (because no product actually ships). I see the 'free shipping over X amount' option, which is not helpful here. Is there another option to ensure that these items can be purchased without a shipping charge?
