I'm having problems importing subcategories,

I got the import sheet via the export, as per you're documentation. fulled in the fields imported the 1st lot of categories (Parent categories) this was succuesful.

Then I used the same export sheet, Removed the parent categories and fill it in with subcateogies. 
Then I got the parent categories IDs from the 1st lot of categories imported to the store & added them to the relevent sub categories.

then went to import the sub categories & now ive got a store fill of parent categories. (easy to delete just wana know why)

Will i have to pay for the update? also how to I cross-portal products I couldnt find any documentation on it.

And How do I cross portal? As I cannot see anything for it apart from reading a forum that you posted saying we can!

When I download the new Razor cart it is v. 01.02.07 - where is the latest version to download?

I am looking to display products across two different portals on the same instance.

When we were talking to the your sales person they mentioned that we could use the import function of smith cart with razorcart - can you explain how this works?

The reason we want to use the Smith Cart import feature is that we are finding the version that we have of Razor cart 1.2.1 has very limited options and abilities to import as outlined in my first post. As it has been over 12 month since we purchased you modules we are not able to upgrade without spending large sums of money. Whilst we understand this is your upgrade policy we also understand that when we purchased the module and there were no/limit import options were offer the Smith cart import as an alternative solution to get us across the line. As we are now stuck in a difficult position of not being able to easily import products and their categories/ variants etc we would now like to explore this previously offered solution.
