Hi

The shipping cost at the checkout is not calculating. I am using shipping by order amount. Orders from $0-$250 are charged $9.90 and orders over $250 are free. In manage shipping by order amount I have these two settings. Both apply to all categories and have no shipping method.

I am using DNN 6.12 and smith cart 4.67 and sql server 2008. The categories module is on the buy now page

I have also tried custom shipping by fixed amounts and custom shipping by order amount. Neither work

OK so I have down an upgrade to version 4.84. The news just gets worse. Not only cant it calculate shipping but it is skipping from shipping straight to confirmation (bypassing payment method altogether). It is also now not able to calculate tax. I have saved the cart settings.

Can anyone help with what is happening?

Hi Scott,

Have you configured your Payment Setup through either the Admin Menu or the Cart Settings by configuring the Payment Gateway, Payment Methods, and Payment Zones?

When using Shipping By Order Amount, I have not been able to replicate the issue of the Cart not calculating shipping and skipping to the Confirmation page and I have been able to successfully apply the correct Shipping Rate to the order according to what has been configured in the Shipping Setup section.

Can you login to our test site http://www21.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate this issue? This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the Cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/Cart install.
