Module Description

BuyNow Module

(Standard)

The BuyNow module is the main cart module and includes the product listing, cart, checkout, and store admin screens.

Product Detail Module

(Standard)

The Product Detail module is the product detail page that displays the main product image, product variants, variant images, lightbox slideshow, image zoom, and tab control with product descriptions, related products, etc.

Category Menu Module

(Standard)

The Category Menu module can be added to any pane and displays the categories and sub categories you have defined.  It is used to filter the products by category or sub category.

Mini Cart Module

(Standard)

The Mini Cart module displays a summary of the items currently in the cart and allows user to remain on product catalog page while adding products to the cart.

My Accounts Module

(Standard)

The My Accounts module allows users to login and check their order status, order history, payment history, and download soft goods. It also includes a printable invoice.

Featured Products Module

(Standard)

The Featured Products module displays products that have been flagged as featured in the product setup screen.  This can be displayed alongside your product catalog to up sell or cross sell users.

Manufacturer Menu Module (Standard)

The Manufacturer Menu module displays the Manufacturers you have defined in your store. It is used to filter the products by manufacturer.

Affiliate Tracking Module

(Standard)

The Affiliate Tracking module is a specialized marketing module that allows you to track click thrus and referral purchases from your affiliates.

Sales Rep Module

(Standard)

The Sales Rep module is integrated with SmithCart and the SmithCart E-Commerce suite and provides the ability for you to add, update and delete Sales Reps, track their sales and manage their commissions.

This module can provide your online store with the ability to setup and track Sale Reps selling on behalf of your business.

Advanced Search Module

(Premium)

The Search module allows you to configure custom dropdown boxes and textboxes that provide keyword and wildcard searches to lookup. The Search module can be configured for single line layout allowing you to easily replace the standard DNN search textbox. Note: Full product catalog search comes standard in the Smith BuyNow module listed above. Additionally, BuyNow module product catalogs index by DNN iSearchable interface enabling the use of the regular DNN portal search facility products in your store.

Booking and Scheduling Module (Premium)

The Smith Booking module handles bookings, scheduling and reservations and allows you to offer and manage all kinds of bookable products efficiently and easily in your store. The Smith Booking module is fully integrated with SmithCart and DotNetNuke and can be used for any type of business.

Store Locator Module (Premium)

The Smith Store Locator module enables your customers to locate your retail locations using the intuitive Google maps interface. Fully integrated with all the Google Maps features users are familiar with including zoom, pan, street view, driving directions and satellite view.

Store/Product Slider (Premium)

The Smith Product Slider Module includes both a home page slider module and a featured products slider module. The home page slider allows you to create a visually appealing home page or storefront page with a slideshow and a tabbed interface to showcase your products to customers. Additionally, there is a separate Product Slider where you can display your featured products using a smooth slider.

Product Compare Module (Premium)

The Smith Product Compare module improves the usability of your SmithCart store by allowing shoppers to compare a shortlist of products side-by-side and eliminating the need to navigate back and forth between product pages.

Video Module (Premium)

The Smith Video module allows you to stream product-related videos on your shopping cart. Videos can be streamed from any website such as YouTube or Vimeo. Smith Video supports grouping videos into custom categories. Videos can also be associated with one or more products to allow relevant videos to be displayed within the SmithCart Product Details module.

Articles Module (Premium)

The Smith Articles module allows you to display content from digArticles in your SmithCart or any page on your DNN portal. Articles may contain attachments such as PDF or Microsoft Word documents. Articles can be also associated with one or more products to allow relevant articles to be displayed within the Product Details module. For more information on digArticles, visit dignuke.com.

Social Media Share Bar Module (Premium)

The Smith Social Media Share Bar module provides a floating social media toolbar for sharing your website across the most popular social media websites. Smith ShareBar enables your customers to share your content on social websites like Facebook, Twitter, StumbleUpon, Digg, Google Plus, Reddit, and many more.

Reviews Module (Premium)

The Smith Reviews module allows your customers to write reviews on your site. Customers can write reviews about any product, as well as general reviews which are not associated with a particular product. When creating a review, users must choose a rating of 1-5 stars, and they can optionally add their own description.

Note: SmithCart module comes with the ability to display customer and product reviews. The reviews module provides additional capability of allowing you to add product reviews to any page in your portal with a BuyNow button where users can quickly add the product to their cart.

Autoship Module (Premium)

The Smith Autoship module is an automatic ordering program that allows representatives or customers of a company to place orders that are shipped automatically on a recurring basis (usually monthly). Customers buying a product with Autoship enabled can control every aspect of their Autoship order. The customer chooses how often they would like the product to be shipped to them, and new orders will be placed in the shopping cart automatically on every interval.

Quick Order Entry Module

(Premium)

The Quick Order Entry module allows users who know what they want to quickly locate items and add them to the cart for checkout.  The user can enter a SKU and quantity and verify the product description and then add to cart.

Address Book Module

(Premium)

Customer management capability for the Store Admin to add, update and delete customers account and ship to information. Provides buyers, purchasing managers or customer service representatives with the ability to take phone orders for customers. Buyer simply selects a customer and the customer information will be pre populated allowing for rapid order taking and quick checkout.

Returns Material Authorization Module (Premium)

SmithRMA is a pluggable module to SmithCart designed for any business that handles returns processing. Supports all vendor types - Manufacturers, Distributors, Suppliers. Automatic email notifications for customers when new updates to their RMA Case are available and automatic email notifications for vendors when new RMA Requests are on the way, or are pending. Customers, Products and Orders are integrated with SmithCart. Multi line Notes for supplemental information.

Gatekeeper Secure Downloads Manager (Premium)

The Gatekeeper is an add-on module to SmithCart that provides additional features and security for your downloadable products. Features include: Anti-piracy features for electronic products, Velocity Checks and PDF Watermarking/Stamping.

Gift Registry Module

(Premium)

Plug-in for SmithCart that gives your store a gift registry or wedding registry! Having a registry attracts new customers and increases revenue. Create and manage multiple gift registries, add to registry, search by registry, define event date, leave comments, manage gift quantities and many more features included. Fully integrated with DNN profile and SmithCart.

3D Rotator Module (Premium)

The Smith 3D Rotator is a DotNetNuke module that allows potential customers to rotate products, examine them in detail and make informed decisions at the click of their mouse. 3D product pictures optimize a new and innovative marketing and sales tool that will add a new dimension to your product catalog.
