Our cart is set up for shipping by order amount. To do this, one custom method was entered (FedEx at $0.00). Then three different tiers ($10, $5, free) were entered, based on order amount ($39 and up is free). This works properly by itself.

But, after entering a coupon code, most of the time a section will pop up in the lower left corner requesting the customer's shipping information. The problem is that it requests country, state, and shipping method from dropdown menus, but it does NOT fill the dropdown menus with any choices. Thus, the customer can't proceed to complete the order.

We are running version 2.91 Has this been fixed in a later version? If so, is there a version list out there somewhere where one can tell what things were fixed and added? Posting something like this in the forums might save you some communication time.

We emailed you the patch today so let us know if that worked for you.

This issue has been fixed and will be availible in v2.97 released tomorrow.
