Running dnn 5.04 with Smith cart version 4.49

Merchant - e solutions

Email is not sending after orders or from any option in manage orders page (send ship email - send order email)

Tested using stock email  templates including User Email Template, Admin Email Template & Ship Email Template

Verified that email on portal is working correctly and bith through dnn and other 3rd party apps

Any suggestions?

Hi Roy,

I am unable to test the issue described above running the same DNN and Cart version as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install. Email me at kevin@smith-consulting.com for login credentials.

In the past we have seen many issues with the early versions of DNN 5 which you are running on your site and has also been documented with multiple bugs and issues. What I would recommend doing is an upgrade to DNN 5.63 which is much more stable.

In addition to Kevin's comments, you might want to check the log viewer to look for the failure.
