We have a client running version 4.52 and the products will not sort by the sort order given. They have about 200 jewelry products and are trying to organize them by color. I have tried all kinds of ways to get this to work right and nothing seems to matter. Any thoughts?

Hi John,

Which version of DNN are you running? Are you currently using the Trial version of the Cart? I have been unable to replicate this behavior on out test portal running v.4.67 however I am unable to test on the same version of the Cart as you are running.

We are running DDN version 5.6.3 right now on the site and it is not a trial version of the Smith Cart. It seems if I go in and select "vertical" under Product Listing Page Setup, save and then go back and select "horizontal" and save the products refresh an line up better but there are still some rogue products that won't follow the sort order. Doesn't make sense at all.

Hi John,

I just tried to re-produce this error on my test portal and was unable to recreate the error but I cannot test of the same version you are running and I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install. Please email me at kevin@smith-consulting.com for login credentials.
