Hi,

We just purchase the license. Portal is using share hosting plan. After push both license files on the root of dnn installation, shopping cart still works on trial. The text as showed below hasn't remove.

To obtain a valid license key or purchase the full version, please contact Smith Consulting at smithcart.com or email sales@smithcart.com. Thank you for using Smith Cart.

Any solution?

Check the following items:

1. Verify that you have copied the 2 license files to the root directory of your dnn install. The root directory of your dnn install is where the web.config resides.

2. Try resetting IIS. In a shared hosting environment usually the only way to reset iis is to make a change to the web.config and save it. If that doesnt do it then ask your hosting company how often iis is recycled.

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply. I have checked both of your suggestions. license still not working at all.

I unzip the two license files(smithcartlicense1,smithcartlicense.key) on my PC, and used FTP upload both files to the dnn installation root folder which is web.config file resided.

Also, have checked with our hosting side, recycle the IIS already.

What is wrong with the processing or anything wrong with the license?

Its possible the license files got corrupt please send an email to support@smithcart.com with your domain name and we will recreate.
