Dear Sir/Madam:

I am using DNN 06.00.02.
and
Smith Cart 4.67.

I have setup the cart charge Sales Tax of 5.61% to Wisconsin Residents only. Other States 0 %.
As you see in attached screen capture, New York resident is being charged tax, instead of no tax.
Please note that this customer first had WI address, then he decided to have it shipped to his NY address.
System (Smith) should accomodate this, as this can happen.

Please advise.
