I'm using the smith cart version 4.65.0
MSSQL 2008 on PowerDNN
DNN 5.6.1
 
 
This was a feature that we had requested, and it worked at some point.  Now it is not working, and I need help in order to get this field to display in all of the Shipping Information blocks.  I attached the screen shots of what I'm talking about.
 
It should display in the Shipping information section.

Hi Mike,

In regards to the Email Confirmation message, have you added the
[CUSTOMTEXTBOX1] token to the email templates?

Regarding the Textbox #1 field showing on the Confirmation and the Confirm Status pages, I have been able to confirm that Textbox#1 is not being displayed, however I will have to check with programming if the field had originally been programmed to display on the Confirmation and the Confirm Status pages as the documentation states that it should be displayed only on Step 1 of the checkout.

Showing custom textbox 1 on the confirm and confirm status page has been fixed and will be available in the next cart release v4.68.

David, I have more to this if it's needed:

If I use the RequestShipQuote checkbox and set it to true during checkout, the Ship Acc # will show in Confirm, Confirm Status, AND the emails.

That's why I had seen it working in the past, but in testing with the checkbox=false, this field is never displayed. Please make sure it behaves the same was as when RequestShipQuote=True.

I have not heard back yet.

Pleasse re-read my last post here and let me know if this is fixed.  My guess is that it's not.  It's related to the email confirmation, and I need this fixed before I install a new version again.

Specifically: Will Field1 show in the email confirmation automatically, whether the Freight Quote is chosen or not?  Currently it is showing in the email if freight quote is checked, and the token in the email is not needed.

If I put the token in the email, the custom field shows twice when the user is doing freight quote, and once when regular checkout.
