I'm using the smith cart version 4.65.0
MSSQL 2008 on PowerDNN
DNN 5.6.1

In the main product details screen, where you pick the main image, I am doing the following:

- Choose file
- Scroll down and update
- "Product Saved" is displayed at the bottom
- Scroll up on the edit screen, and you will see thumnail
- But, go to the products listing screen or the product details screen and the image is not there.  It displays the default SmithCart image.
- Go back to the Edit screen for this product, and the image is Not there any more.

I upgraded to DNN 6.1 and it's still not working, FYI.  Waiting for the link to download the latest Smith Cart, not sure if it will have any changes to the product image feature.

Hi Mike,

I have not been able to replicate this issue. Can you confirm the image you have saved is located in the Portals\0\SmithCart\Thumbnails directory?

Thanks,

The images are not saving to this folder. Only images from months ago are in this folder.

Hi Mike,

Are you attempting to add a new image to the product or replace a previous image already added to a product?

Thanks,

It is for new images. The standard smithcart image is the only one that shows.

I sent an email with the login credentials to you to take a look, maybe it's not reproducible.

We manually uploaded the images, and entered the image filenames into sql and it works now.

So there must be some issue in just the upload/product edit screen.. in our site.
