Hi, I'm using SmithCart 4.6 with DNN6.00.01, SQL Server 2008 R2 at PowerDNN.

I can look search through the products and add items to the cart. When I view the cart after items have been added I see "Request a Quote" with a quantity field. I want this. When click on "Proceed To Checkout" I'm taken to "Step 1 - Shipping" where a alternate shipping address can be selected. When you click the "Next" button you are taken to "Step 2 - Payment Method". On this page the only Payment Method is Check, without account information. When you click the "Next" button you are taken to the confirmation step. On this page I see a "Shipping Information" box and a "Billing Information" box with the correct addresses. In the Billing Information box the Payment Type is Check. I also se an "Order Details" box with the correct product, quantity, and Request a Quote. (Unit Price, and Line Total). There is also a Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale - textbox, which has an Agree to Terms checkbox. When you Agree to the Terms and click the "Submit Order" button the  order does not process and redirect the user to the sites home page as setup.

In the Admin Event Viewer I can see an Admin Alert with the following information. The user name of the account using the shopping cart, iand the correct portal are identified, this is the detail.

Server Name: GENERIC121

I am stuck on what to do. The entire stie is a Request For Quote, so no credit card payments or SSL have been setup. On the Payment Gateway Setup I have selected "Manual" with "Check with no Account Info". On the "Confirmation Status Page Setup (After Payment)" I have only selected "Success Redirect URL" to go to the sites homepage. Hopefully this is something simple, thanks in advance for your help.

Please attach a screenshot of your Cart Settings and I will try to replicate this issue on our test portal.

HI Michael,

Thank you for your screenshots. I believe I have isolated the cause of this issue. It seems to be caused by the Save DNN Profile Field feature in the General Cart Setup section of the Cart Settings. I will send this into programming and will postback with an update.

Hi Michael,

Can you confirm which version of the Cart you are running as above you indicated 4.6 and I will determine if this issue is still present.
