Hello
I enabled the "Email Download Link" in Email Set up in General Cart Settings. But i am not receiving the download link in the confirmation email sent to the user as well as the admin,
Let me know the exact Token i need to use in the user email template or will it send t he download link automatically.
The Email download atleast should work becuase for free downloads, the download link in confirmation order screen is not working.

Hello,
I have been able to replicate the Download Link in the Email not displaying after a successful transaction with a payment status of Approved and and Auth code, and sent this into programming.
The Download Link in the email works just as the Download Link on the Confirm Status page, the download link will not show unless you have to have a completed transaction with a payment status of Approved and and Auth code to prevent the distribution of downloadable goods unless the transaction has been finished and paid for.

Hi Kevin,
I am facing the similar problem. Am using Smith-Cart 5.67 along with swGateKeeper on DNN 5.6.2 for the eProducts on our portal. I don't receive any user or admin emails when the "Email Download Link" option is used. I found the following "Admin Alerts" in DNN Logs, which should probably help in figuring this out.

I am using the default Email Templates. Also, shouldn't this be logged as an Error, rather than as Admin Alert.

Hi Nimesh,
The download link won't be displayed when you have the gateway set to manual, if you have selected bill me later or you are using Authorize.net in Test Mode. In order for the download link to be displayed you have to have a completed transaction with a payment status of Approved and an Auth code. You can sign for an authorize.net test account at the following link, once you have your test account you will not be required to process transactions in your store with Test Mode. https://developer.authorize.net/testa...

Hi Kevin,
am using an test account from authorize.net. am able to see the download link on the final check out screen and able to download the file as well when on the portal. The problem I am facing is that the purchase confirmation email (when Email Download Link is checked) sent out to the customer does not contain the email download link right now.

I just tried to re-produce this behavior on our test portal but I was unable to recreate the issue you reported but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.

Shopping cart 4.8.4
I am using Authorize.net in test mode and when I complete my payment testing I am returned to the page with my download link & I receive a sucessful payment email notice- however, the email message that is sent does NOT include the download link. In the BuyNow Settings under Email set-up I have email download link link checked. What else do I need to do?
