I have got the latest version of smith cart installed on my website, however once a transaction has been completed by Paypal, it returns with the following error message.

A critical error has occurred.
Column 'RemoveDnnRole' does not belong to table _ProductList.

Checking in the database and the transaction has updated to paid status, but doesn't return the customer to the confirmation page after paypal.

Please help, as i have currently the website down.

Hi Simon,

Which version of the Cart are you currently running?

Have you configured any Roles to be removed for the product you ran the transaction with?

Thanks,

I am running version 4.75 and haven't changed any settings relating to roles in the system

Hi Simon,

Have any Roles been configured to be removed for the product you ran the transaction with?

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the behavior you described above, but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install. Please email me at kevin@smith-consulting.com if login credentials are needed.

Thanks,

Hi Kevin

I haven't made any changes to permissions or the roles within the module. I simply upgraded the module on Sunday night using the latest cart, and when setup to use paypal, getting this error message upon completion.

If i were to email you my log-in details to the store, would you please be able to look at the settings?

Hi Kevin

I have emailed you as requested, but still haven't heard anything back yet.

I have also email the support email regarding a problem with another payment gateway which they have written for me.

Getting the payment gateway is now very important, as i have had to roll back the website, from the latest version.
