Repeated problem in 4.52 cart version on a 5.6.3 install. Customers place orders on now increasingly often the only notification is an email from Authorize.net. No order shows in the site and in the Event Viewer a bright blue tag with the following:

Ideas?

I should add the customer shows up in the Customer list - Select doesn't show an order.

Hi john,

I am unable to test on the same version of the Cart as you are running. I can confirm that this behavior is not present on our test portal running the latest released version of the Cart v.4.67. To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the Cart you can download the trial version and then upgrade to the latest build to fix the issue. Or you can also login to our test site and try to replicate this issue. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/Cart install.

Thanks,

That's the problem, it's an erratic issue. Since then more orders with no problem, then we'll get one that goofs up. Even if we upgraded we wouldn't know for awhile and a series of orders. Whether customers are managing to do a routine that causes it or what we just don't know. I guess we'll just try to live with it.

Hi John,

I'm sorry but without being able to reproduce the issue I am unable to troubleshoot any further. Please postback if there is a process that will replicate this issue.

Thanks,
