The upgrade policy  is for only three months,  When I purchased the shopping cart the authorize.net SIM processing was not working. I needed to wait for the new release.  Relese 4.8.4 is the first public release that has all of the pieces actually working and now I am delayed in receiving the license code.  So even though I first purchased the product in October and I am nearing the end of my 3 months.  It seems that my 3 month clock should not start ticking until the product is actually usable as sold to me.
