Sales Tax always being added

Hi,

I'm having a bit of trouble with Tax always being added despite Flat tax home country being set in tax setup. I've set my store location to Australia, but no matter what country is set on the Check Out page sales tax is always shown in the sales tax box and it's always added to the total.

I'm running DNN version 6.00.01 (310) and version 4.67.0 of Smith Cart

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated thanks :)

Could you post a screenshot of your Cart Settings and we will try to replicate this issue in our test environment.

I have been having ther opposite problem with tax not calculating at all. I have had the tax set up as GST/PST and it simply would not calculate tax at all. I have tried the flat tax and that has solved my problem. Sorry I can't help with yours, but thanks for the solution to one of my problems.

Hi Brian,

I have been able to replicate this issue in v.4.67 although I believe this issue has been resolved in a recent release as I cannot replicate this issue in v.4.86. To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the Cart v.4.86 you can download the trial version and then upgrade to the latest build to fix the issue. I recommend doing the upgrade in a test environment first and as always make sure you have a full backup before installing on your live site.
