Using Smith Cart 4.86 with Dnn 6.1.2.

Store settings : Apply EU VAT Regulation / Paypal standard payment

After having paid throught the Paypal website, the user is redirected to the store site, where a 'Confirmation status' page is displayed. On this page, the VAT amount is 0, although its corresponding label (on the left) indicates "VAT (19.6 %)" and the total price is correct. See screnshot below.
