Hello, I tried emailing and calling to no avail. I received my license key and placed the two files in my root directory. It didn't take the yellow blurb at the bottom away, so I have to assume it didn't work. I would like to open this store, what do I do?

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for posting back that this issue has been resolved. The reason the trial message was still showing after uploading the license files is because you still had the trial version of the shopping cart installed. In the future to fix this, either install the latest version of the Cart from the Cart Downloads Page or install the full version of the software that you received when you purchased the Cart.
