Hi again,

Currently when you goto the shopping cart after adding an item to my store at http://www.nu-tea.com/, it gives you multiple choices for shipping. However, those choices are all the same but with different choices of pricing. I haven't changed any store options that would affect this, and I had this configured properly before upgrading to the latest version of smith cart.

I am trying to do shipping by Zone and weight. I have only 1 type of shipping configured in the store module, which is Canada Post - Expedited.

What I want is 1 single option for shipping, with the correct price.

I've attached a screenshot of what it looks like. EDIT: Tried to attach but wouldn't let me.

Current DNN Version: Latest 6.x

Cart version: 4.86

Hello,

To clarify, in your Cart Settings you have selected the Canada Post Shipping Calculator and added the Expedited Parcel Shipping Method and you would also like to offer Zone Shipping by Weight. Is this correct?

I'm not using a shipping calculator currently. I have manually set up shipping rates for zones, and then weight categories for each zone.

The only shipping method we have available to our customers is Canada Post.

Hello,

I just tried to reproduce this behavior on my test portal and was unable to recreate the issue but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www21.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the issue? This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the Cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/Cart install.
