DNN 5.6.2, smith 4.52. Repeatedly having orders placed and the only way we can tell is the Authorize.net email notification. No orders show up in the cart Manage Orders. Order numbers go from 87, 89, 92, 94. In between are the unrecorded numbers. I can't reliably reproduce it and see no consistent reason. Customers seem to be able to regularly do it though. Unique or something others have seen? It's also a store that's a child portal, if that matters.

Hi John,
No one else has reported this issue with v.4.52 or any other versions. You mentioned you "can't reliably reproduce it and see no consistent reason" can you replicate the issue consistently or does this only happen intermittently?
Thanks,

Intermittently. That's what make it more frustrating. It does happen - AN recorded properly, not showing on the site at all. The store has 3 child portals all with their own inventory and cart, if that makes any difference.

Hi John,
Does your parent of child portals have any of the "Share" features such as at the product level, Category, etc.?
How do you have the "Cross-Portal Share Type" in the General Cart Setup section of the Cart Settings for your portals configured?
Thanks,

The Parent Portal simply points to the child portals. The two child portals were set to "No Cross Portal Sharing". I just changed both of them to "Child Portal". Think that will do the trick? Each store has different inventory items but some of the categories are the same.

Hi John,
Not sure, if that would prevent orders from being saved, this issue sounds more like a memory issue. Have you been able to reproduce the issue since change the Cross-Portal Sharing configuration?
Are do the categories have the "Share" flag enabled?
Thanks,

No, I hadn't but I have just switched them all on to share in both portals. How does that switch work?Added note - I switched them all to yes but then reversed it as the categories obviously show in both stores which we don't want to do. I did have a category that was the same title so I adjusted them so they are different. except for "All". Is this correct?

Kevin,This problem just won't go away. A few days of orders just fine, now another one. Didn't break the order sequence at all but not showing. The user checked out successfully but she's not registered in the Manage Orders or the Registered Users. This site only gets about 4 or 5 orders a month of modest size so it takes awhile between skips. Every 4-5 orders, blip. She's a bit frustrated. It's the only store I have with this issue and the only one with child portals. Connection? Dunno.
