Any product in our cart that has conditional variants is not loading options properly. In this case, we have products in different sizes. There are different color options for each size. When the size is selected, then the drop down menu with color choices should load. This is no longer happening.It was working fine until our most recent upgrade to 4.88.Thanks for your assistance.AshleighDNN 6.00.02SC: 4.88

Hi Kevin,
I will need to ask Darren. I am not sure. I do know that we stay quite current with the upgrades so I can tell you that it wouldn't have been an outdated version. My guess is that it would have been the most current version before 4.88. I just don't recall the version numbers.
We upgraded to include the PO Token add on that requested/paid for. I certainly didn't think it would break other cart functions when we completed the upgrade.

Hi Ashleigh,
When upgrading, we always recommend first doing the upgrade in a test environment and make sure you have a full backup before installing on your live site just in case you have you need to rollback.

Kevin,
I understand what you are saying. And we always have a full backup. We can go back to the older version right now.
We upgraded the cart to include custom programming that our client paid for.
If we rollback now, we will lose the PO function that our client purchased.
Is there an updated version that we need to go to?

Hi Ashleigh,
I have tested the following upgrade scenarios:
v.4.75 to v.4.88
v.4.84 to v.4.88
v.4.86 to v.4.88
In all cases the Conditional variants continue to function properly.
Can you confirm which version you upgraded from? I can confirm this issue is not present in v.4.92.

Hi Ashleigh,
I just tested an upgrade from SmithCart v.4.74 to v.4.88 and unfortunately I was still unable to replicate the issue of the Conditional Variant options failing to load properly.
Were there any other changes made to your portal besides the SmithCart upgrade?
Check the following event viewers on your server for errors and post back if you see any errors around the same time the conditional Variants started behaving incorrectly:
- DNN Event Viewer
- Windows Event Viewer
- SQL Server Event Viewer

Hi Ashleigh,
Did you check the following event viewers on your server for errors and post back if you see any errors around the same time the conditional Variants started behaving incorrectly:
- DNN Event Viewer
- Windows Event Viewer
- SQL Server Event Viewer
If no errors are being logged and absolutely nothing has changed in your environment such as a windows security updates or system updates, I would recommend making a full backup of your store and upgrading to the latest version to see if the issue corrects itself.
If the upgrade does not solve the issue, I recommend a clean installation of the Cart.

Hi Darren,
To confirm the issue is fixed in the latest version of the Cart you can download the trial version and then upgrade to the latest build to fix the issue.
