DNN Version:  5.06.03
Module Version: 4.84

Store Admin Menu > Manage Orders > Select an Order > "Send Order Email  <---    email not being sent. 

Any known issues?  Any advice?

Have you checked your SMTP settings?  If they are not applied, form mail will not transmit (this module works the same way).

Hi Guys,

Is there anything logged to the DNN Event Viewer?

Have you setup your Email Templates through the SmithCart Admin Menu?

our issue was 2 fold:  we had an SMTP setting error that we corrected and we did not set up the email template.  Everything is now working correctly.  Thank you.
