Sold Out Message appears in 4.93 even when quantity on hand is set high.

Hi Jon,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the same behavior but I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www21.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the error. This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.

Hi,

I'm having issue in "Sold Out" message. I'm using DNN 6.0 and smith cart 5.0 When I checkout my product and on the cart page, when I click on "Submit Order" button, it is navigating to payment gateway, again when I come back to site without entering any details in the payment gateway, it is showing sold out message on the product detail page and on the product list page (where buy now module is configured). I did not enter any details in the payment gateway, again when i come back to the site, sold out message is displayed. My question is why the sold message is being showed when i did not enter any details in the payment gateway?

Do i need to configure any settings? please suggest?

Hi Swetha,

The issue you are reporting above is a little hard to follow. Please upload screenshots of your Cart Settings, Payment Gateway Settings and screens you are describing to help clarify the issue you are experiencing.
