I have followed the instructions regarding the setup of the allowed URL within the EDPQ setup, but now really need to get this sorted as we get authorisation to take payments on Wednesday.

Thanks

Hi Simon,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

If you could also post a screenshot of your Cart Settings would be helpful.

Thanks,

I am currently using Cart version 4.8.0 with DNN 05.05.01.

I paid for the intregration of barclay's ePDQ into smith cart, and had problems with barclaycard over accounts, and have only been able to get it integrated now, and now getting these errors, so any help would be most grateful.

Which screen of the cart do you need, the payment gateway or general settings?

The payment gateway settings have Barclays selected with the current client id and password for Barclaycard's ePDQ.

Hello,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the error although I may not have the exact same configuration as you. Can you login to our test site http://www7.smith-consulting.com/ and try to replicate the issue? This will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the Cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/Cart install.

Please send an email to support@smith-consulting.com if you need login credentials.

Thanks,

Was this ever resolved? Reason I ask is because we had a custom gateway integrated to the cart as well and seem to have the same errors being generated. If this has been corrected. What was done to fix this?

Was it on Smith's or the clients end? Thanks for any feedback.
