Hello,

I am having problems setting up my shopping cart. I am trying to set my shipping charges by Zone, followed by category as category is selectable via the by Quantity Tab in Shipping settings.

I have set my shipping and handling to "Zone Shipping By Quantity", and have made multiple categories which include items in it.

Example
Category: Carton
Category: Pallet

If i am shipping an item to New york, there needs to be different shipping pricings between Carton and Pallet. So i have set the appropriate rules for the zone New york and pricings for both categories.

When I add items to the cart and and selec an item, it doesnt display the correct shipping price based on its category. It doesnt select the correct shipping option/price.

Am i doing this correctly? If so why is that category drop down list even available on that Ship by quantity page?
