Hi Again,

When trying to edit shipping zones I receive a critical error. I can edit custom methods, or by Weight but I cannot edit Zones.
I believe this started happening after I tried upgrading a while back, and the upgrade initially failed.

Is there any way to resolve this without re-installing the whole store? If not, how do I save all of my store data before doing a re-install?

My DNN Version: 06.01.03 (108)

My SmithCart Version: 4.86.0

Hi Ricky,

I recommend a clean installation of the store. Do you have any other Smith modules besides SmithCart installed on your portal? If not, please see the following Article for instructions for doing a Clean Install w/ Data Backup.
