Hello, last week I downloaded the trial which was version 3.88, I am using DNN 4.9.04.  I reviewed the user manual and my testing was good so I went ahead and purchased on snowcovered.

Since the user manual stated it was compatible with DNN 4 I did not pay so much attention when I purchased.  After downloading I noticed the package name was "22609_0_SmithCart04.49.00-DNN5"  

When trying to install I am getting the below error message.

Do I even have the correct pacakge?

I find this pretty frustrating!  Your user manual online very clearly documents that you support DNN 4 but makes no mention that the version I would have to use is (from what I can estimate) to be over a year old and probably not being updated for bug fixes.

I am not able to just upgrade my site at this time, this is a much larger project as my companies web site is very large with a few modules that do not work in DNN 5+ so other solutions must be found.  I think it would be best for me to ask for a refund at this point and consider your solution at a later time.

Im getting same error :

running DNN 4.09

 what is the solution?
