Yes, I am receiving the first email confirmation. What I'm saying is that the Order Detail page should display the custom fields because there's no way for me to know what's in the fields unless I look into the database table. Kinda silly, don't ya think?

Thanks - kind of defeats the purpose of offering a field if you can only view it in the database.

In order to trigger the email that sends the special instructions that are entered on the confirmation page after payment you need to click the button at the bottom of the confirmation page. If you havnt uploaded your own image button then the text on the button says "Close"
