I changed the color of the main picture for one of my ScrenFlex products. I browsed and updated. I cleared browser memory and history. I cleared DNN Cache and restarted the application. I still get the lighter colored product picture. How do I actually change this?

I just upgraded to 2.92 and it still happens. I can't seem to change the main picture.

It looks like its just not refreshing the thumbnail image on the product setup page right after you save. If you navigate to the product list and details page you will see that the image actually has saved. Then if you go back into the product setup page the new image will be there. I have sent this to programming to fix the refresh.

You are right that the proper picture is on the detail page, but when I go back it does not refresh. Looking forward to the next fix.

The hotfix for the product image refresh issue on the product setup page is attached just copy the dll in the zip to your \bin folder. As alsways please backup before copying or installing anything new to your site.

I am in a shared hosting environment and have restarted the application from within DNN and cleared cache. Anything else under my control?

If you make a change to your web.config and save it sometimes that forces iis to recycle. You can just add a comment or something to the web.config and save it.
