I'm upgrading a site from DotNetNuke 4.9.1 and Smith Cart 2.96 to DotNetNuke 6.1.5 and Smith Cart 4.92.

After doing the upgrade and installing an upgraded license ... none of the javascript calls on the store page work.  I can't get to the control panel, or add a product to the cart, or view the cart.

The usual module management and other menus and control panel items work fine.

Where should I start?

Hi Joseph,

I recommend performing a clean installation of the Cart using the instructions found in the Article at the following link: https://www.smith-consulting.com/Foru...

Thanks,

Kevin,

I did that.  Everything looked good until I place an instance of Smith.MyAccount on the page.  At that point, the problem reappeared.

Any ideas?

(This is also the case when I make Dark Knight the page skin, so I don't think it has anything to do with the skin.)

Hi Joseph,

As you indicated, you have upgraded your DNN from v.4.9.1 to v.6.1.5. Unfortunatly sometimes, DNN upgrades go bad. Since there are endless combination's of DNN versions, third party modules, providers and hosting environments there is bound to be a time were you will encounter an issue in the upgrade process. This is especially true when making large leaps in DNN versions, rather than incremental upgrades.

I recommend creating a fresh DNN sandbox using the Article at the following link, this will determine if the issue is with the latest version of the Cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install. How to make a DNN Sandbox to play in in about 10 minutes

Thanks,
