Dnn 6.01.04

Smithcart 4.7.0

I was trying to upgrade to smith cart 5.0, the install seemed to work fine but the shopping cart would not load.   While looking around I found out that every smith extension had a version of 5.0 except the buynow module which stayed at 4.7.   I recovered the site (DB and file structure) and decided to uninstall smith cart and then do a fresh install of the 5.0 version.  While uninstalling the 4.7 version I kept getting the error

Which I traced back to the buynow row in the DNN_Packages giving a “string or binary data would be truncated” error when the row was attempted to be deleted.  

Any clue why this is happening?
