We have a pretty decent volume of product orders and shipments daily. One of our issues has been the updating of tracking codes and sending of emails to customers with their shipping/tracking information. We found that the order management screens are not really conducive to doing this en masse so I created an intranet program that allows for the entering of the information.  But we still then have to go into order manager to send the emails individually for each customer. 

Is there and API or even just a stored procedure that I can call with an order number parameter that will send the formatted Shipping Notification email?
