Instead of displaying thumbnail. Shows text "submit query"

Hello!

I am running smith cart version 4.93.

I recently imported a number of products with two main images. The main images load fine, but where their thumbnails should be I am seeing the text "Submit Query". I can click on either one, and it correctly switches between the images, it is just not loading the thumbnail of the image.

Any ideas on what is causing this?

Hi Alex,

I took a look at the the link you provided and I can see that your thumbnail image is missing. Can you verify if the "MQL-8023XWWCSH_main.jpg" thumbnail file is located in the /Portals/[portalID]/SmithCart/Thumbnails folder?
