Hello,

DNN 6.2.1, SQL 2008, Clean install of shopping cart 5.0

FedEx is charging as much as $15 and some cents more on all methods of shipping. Tried several ship to zip codes and they are all high. AM I missing something below?

Set to shipping calculator, carrier:FedEx, blank fields on user ID through key, test mode enabled, user several ship methods, address type Commercial, do not combine ship methods, never tax shipping, yes combine shipping and handling $5, no on charge handling for... and no tax handling

Thanks for the help.

In order to help troubleshoot the issue we need the following info:

1.  The "From" and "To" shipping addresses and the weights of all the items in the cart you are calculating shipping on

2. A screen shot of the cart page after you have calculated shipping showing the shipping costs returned from FedEx

3. A screen shot from the FedEx site rate calculator showing products, weights and calculated shipping costs that are higher than the rates calculated thru Smith Cart.

4.  A screen shot of your buynow settings; General, shipping and tax sections/

Tony,

Thanks for providing the screenshots. You could also add images by editing your post then adding the images via the text editor.

I will setup this scenario in our test portal and will post back with the results.
