Guest login

Hi,

In Smith Cart, Do we have option for the Customer logging in as "Guest" than going for a Registered user. Since most of the customers prefer not to register in the site due to lack of time/privacy so we would like to provide guest login user option in the our site just like the others. Can you please help me in configuring the guest user option enabled in my check out page.

Hi,

I googled and found the solution for it. i.e In "Sign In/Registration Page Setup" page, I need to select "Show Sign In Page" so that the user will be displayed with Create Account Panel on the left side and Sign in to your account in the right hand side. I just followed the instructions mentioned in the Smith Cart manual v5.0, When we click on the Continue button manual says I will displayed with Guest user option. But that was the not the case in my page. Can you please help me.

Hi Swetha,

Do you have "Require Login" enabled in your Cart Settings? When this feature is enabled the user is required to create a DNN login or create an account during checkout and will not be allowed to checkout as a "Guest".
