Smith Cart 5. DNN 6.2. Authorize.net. Pull down on Payment method page does not pull down to the 4 credit cards I selected in Payment Setup. Customer can't select option and move confirmation page. I have submitted a ticket on both Snowcovered and your site. Now I am filling out this. Please respond with the solution so that I can resolve this issue. This site is going live at the end of the week and I haven't even begun any testing because I can't get past the payment method page. ps I tried to give you an attachment, but the error says: An error occurred. Error: is currently unavailable.

Are you referring to the step 2 checkout page or the manage payment methods in the backend admin?

If you click on the image icon in the rich text editor you will be able to upload screen shots.  See the following screen shot:

I have read through everything. i have enabled SSL in Site Settings. I have checked Secure for the Store page in Page management. I can find no other reference to my issue and find it impossible to believe this is an isolated glitch. I have Authorize.net credentials. I mean, what am I overlooking??????

The dropdown on the Step 2 checkout page displays the payment methods you have defined (i.e. credit card, eCheck, PO, Telephone, etc.) not the available card types (i.e. Visa, MC, Amex, etc). The first digit of the cc entered by the user defines the cart type (i.e. 4=visa, 5=mc, etc) so there is no need for the user to select the card type from a dropdown on the step2 checkout page, the cart automatically validates the card types based on the card types you have allowed.

I figured it out. I needed to do the Zone and Payment Method. Gee wiz.
