This is minor, but it's thrown me off a bit. If I add 3 of product 1, and 5 of product 2, in my mind that's two items, not 8. Could the Mini Cart be set to reference the number of unique products, as opposed to the total number of items?
I'm not sure if I agree with this one. I took a look at some carts on the net specifically Walmart which I think is one of the best and they count items in the mini cart the way we do. I'd be interested to hear what others think on this one...
I think both are acceptable, as it depends on what you're selling. Would it be possible to have it as a configurable setting and let the store owner decide?
