Hello - 

I was wondering if it is possible to set the default average rating for all products (rating before anyone rates it) to 5 stars instead of 0.

Hi,
Currently, there is no way to configure the default average rating for all products (rating before anyone rates it) to 5 stars instead of 0 unless their are actual reviews in the database. As an alternate solution, If you want your products to default to 5 stars you can seed the database with a review of 5 stars.
