Hi!

It's my understanding that the product description tabs should appear on product detail pages. I've gone into the Product Details module settings and made sure "Hide Tabs" is unchecked (found under "Tab Setup"). There's got to be something I'm missing, I know I've gotten them to appear before...

I'm running v4.99 if that helps.

Hi Jessica,
In the product setup screen did you enter the tab name and descriptions for your products?

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

Is this a new install of the Cart or did this issue just start occurring recently?

Hi Jessica,

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the behavior you reported, however I may not have the exact same configuration as you. I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your cart configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific dnn portal/cart install.
