Shipping

How do I get shipping options to appear when a customer is checking out. For instance, I would like them to be able to select from 'Ground', '3-day select', etc.
I have set up shipping profiles, but the shipping options don't show up until I go under 'manage orders'. I want the customer to be able to pick the shipping method and then know the additional costs of shipping up front.

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Please post a screen shot of your BuyNow Settings; General, Shipping and Tax sections.

Hi Tara,

If you would like your customers to be able to select form 'Ground', '3-day select', etc. you will need to select a Shipping Calculator which offers such an option or configure a Custom Ship Method option. You can also use the Combine Shipping Methods option to fill the dropdown list of shipping methods on the cart screen with the regular shipping methods selected for the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx or Canada Post) and custom shipping method(s) defined in the custom shipping methods setup screen.

Also be sure the your Products have weights added to them.
