Hi there
This has been working on our test server but now it has stopped for some reason. Basically we are setup with SagePay 3D Secure and the order process goes through fine and the SagePay window shows to enter the credit card details. Then it returns to confirm the order. Ticking the agree terms box and confirming the order then brings up the following error.

Does anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

Error processing payment. Please try again. DotNetNuke.Services.Exceptions.ModuleLoadException: SAGEPAYDIRECT3DSECURE ---> System.NotImplementedException: SAGEPAYDIRECT3DSECURE at Smith.Modules.Gateway.SmithGateway.Create(String gatewayId) at Smith.DNN.Modules.BuyNow.Confirm.Submit() --- End of inner exception stack trace ---

Currently using Smith Cart 5.10.0

Hi Paul,

Which version of DNN are you currently running?

Were any changes made to your site around the time you started receiving this error?

Are there any errors being logged to your DNN Event Viewer?

Q1. DNN is V6.2.1
Q2. No changes to site that I can think of that might cause the issue. New products have been added etc. but nothing out of the ordinary.
Q3. No other errors other than the one I reported above.
The site is www.clickcashcarry.com and I still have some time left on a purchased support pack and would appreciate you looking at this for me. I've sent you a direct e-mail asking for details on how to log on to the direct support site as I've not received a username/password previously for it that I am aware of.

Hi Paul,

Please check the following event viewers on your server for errors and post back if you see any around the same time the error began:

- DNN Event Viewer
- Windows Event Viewer
- SQL Server Event Viewer

I will have your login credentials to our Support Tracker resent to you as well.

there are no messages in any event viewers other than the one I have given you in the DNN event log.

I am still waiting for the log on details for your support site to utilise the support package I have with you. Please send ASAP as this is now a serious issue and needs resolving.
