I'm using SmithCart 5.00.00 but noticed the issue on an earlier version before upgrading, too. For some reason the Quantites textbox is not displaying on the Cart page. I can't find a setting for hiding/displaying the text box. I was unable to upload a file to this message, so here is a link to a screen shot of the problem:

I have not made any changes to the Cart.ascx file. Any suggestions on what could be wrong? Thanks!

Hi Jonathon,

Have you configured your settings in your shops BuyNowSettings?

Find your Manage Cart Settings Icon (blue one on the Catalog page) 

Go to the Cart & Checkout collapse panel and open it. Inside there should be a category that says Hide Fields. Uncheck the box next to Hide Quantity and click Save Settings at the bottom of that page.

Also when you manually add or edit each product, Add Products or Manage Products, under the Product Options collapse panel, uncheck the box next to Hide Quantity

Once both are unchecked, you should see a form field in your Checkout screen where your customers can change the quantity of the products they are purchasing.

Excellent, thank you! It was the Product Options that were set to hide quantities. I quick UPDATE statement and everything looks good. Thanks again.
