Hi,
When I view an order and click the Print Invoice button I get a blank page. I have been into the Email Templates and set up two templates: My Acount Template and Store Template - I have changed the Business Name and the link to the Terms but other than that have changed nothing else in the template. When I click the Print Invoice button this is the url where the blank page shows:

Did you setup your invoice templates?

Yes, I set up the Invoice Templates, My Account Template and Store Template - I am unable to attach a screen dump to show you that they are there.

Hi Glynis,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

Are any errors being logged to your DNN Event Viewer when attempting to view the Invoice?

See below pasted data from the Event Viewer then my comments below the Events:

Error : Invoice Store Template en-GB not available.

From the above Event I thought there might be a problem with the language so I have tried both En US and En GB. If I leave the language set to En US nothing happens when I click on the Print Invoice button, however the site is in EN GB and when I set to En GB in the  Invoice Template I get the following

This web page is not available

The web page at http://ori-beautystore.com/Home/tabid/8794/ctl/Invoice/mid/15649/OrderID/51/Default.aspx might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Error 330 (net::ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED): Unknown error.

Hi Glynis,

Which version of the Cart and DNN are you currently running?

I just tried to re-produce this issue on my test portal and was unable to recreate the behavior you reported, however I may not have the exact same configuration as I would like to have you login to one of our public test portals and configure the cart the way you have your's configured and try to replicate the issue. This will determine if the issue you are reporting is with the latest version of the cart or an issue with your specific DNN portal/cart install.
