DNN Community 6.01.05, SmithCart 5.2

In the Manage Orders/Billing Info tab that the ZIP code is not populating with the value entered for the shipping address. We require entry of the ZIP. The rest of the address matches the Shipping info exactly. Thoughts?

Hi Kim,

In order to help troubleshoot this issue please provide the following:

  1. A screen shot of your Cart Settings; General, Shipping, Tax, and Sign In/Registration sections
  2. Screenshots of the setup screen of the Products in question you are calculating tax on
  3. The "From" and "To" shipping addresses of the order
