Use Single page checkout with a payement gateway

Hi

Using Dnn 6.2.4 and Smith Car 5.22.
I would like to use the 'Single page checkout' option. However, when using it, only payment methods are listed in the checkout page. As I haven't any payment method configured (I use only PayPal standard gateway), the payment methods combobox is empty and PayPal payment is not available.

As you can see, the PayPal standard payment gateway cannot be used.
Please note the page layout problem too (Invoice To is far below the rest, tested in IE & Chrome).

If you are using paypal standard as your primary gateway you still need to configure your payment gateway and payment methods in the payment setup screen. Try configuring your payment methods to see if that fixes it for you.
