Using Dnn 6.2.4 and Smith Cart 5.22. Smith cart settings : PayPal Standard gateway, Free shipping, EU VAT Regulations

When adding the default invoice template some tokens appears as this (so they are not replaced when displaying an invoice). Some are not documented in the user guide ([EUVATRATE0], [EUVATTOTAL0],[EUVATRATE1], [EUVATTOTAL1],[EUVATRATE2] and [EUVATTOTAL2]) and some are in the user guide but still not replaced ([SHIPPINGTOTAL])


For the EU VAT tokens, when I replace the EUVAT tokens by the ones listed in the user guide ([EUVATRATE], [EUVATTOTAL]), they are well replaced (so VAT rate & amount appear in the invoice).
