I have 2 buy now instances my site all configured the same for email with the exception of the second store which has email manufacturer checked.

In one store, when I place an order, I get 6 emails - 1 for the user and 5 for admin???

The other store, I get 1 user email an no admin or manufacturer emails.

Everything is configured correctly in terms of email. nothing in spam or being blocked by host.  I tried 2 different smtp gateways with the same result. I also deleted all email templates and recreated.

Thoughts

DNN 6.25 Smith Cart 5.00

To fix the issue try downloading and installing the latest cart version from the downloads page:

Important: Please make sure you install and test on a NEW dnn sandbox account before installing to your live site. Additionally, before you install to your live portal please make sure you have a full backup in case you need to rollback.

Hi Kevin

Glad to let you know that I upgraded to 5.25 and all is well. Both the email situation and the errors that I got on the original install seem to be working.
