So far so good. The cart was upgraded to 5.25 late Friday night and as of today the cart is still working.

Hi Ashleigh

I had the same issue going back 3 weeks ago and had to revert back as I am not in a position to do a fresh install. I just upgraded to 5.25 again and hope that I have the same result as you :)

As soon as I get a new license file, I'll find out. Any ideas as to what caused the issue?

Hi Carl,

We too reverted back and attempted the upgrade a second time. Our original install appeared to go smoothly however we learned later that our Buy Now component didn't actually upgrade the first time. We can only speculate that this was the factor responsible for the site to stop functioning.

We have confirmed that all components upgraded properly during the second upgrade.
